Steam Express Duct Cleaning

Review content:
I had Steam Express do a cleaning on the air ducts in my home. They did the cleaning as requested, but they insisted I had tons of black mold in my a/c unit. I was shown pictures of the inside of ""my unit"" supposedly. I was then told I needed to have my system deep cleaned for nearly $1,000! When I declined, the service techs got rude about it and quickly packed up their belongings, almost without doing the carpet cleaning in 2 rooms that was part of the package I had purchased. When I requested the carpet cleaning, they did a very quick and crummy job just to get out of my house. Something sounded fishy to me about the a/c needing cleaning. I could do the cleaning myself with a bottle of Clorox and a few hours time. I called the company I normally use for my a/c services and had them do an inspection on the unit. I had them check for the black mold. I was told my unit is 100% perfectly clean with not a speck of mold in it. I realized that Steam Express tried to take me for my money and so I did some research online. Apparently I'm not the only one that they have tried to scam.
