If you're thinking of using The Floor Club of Denver, you should ask a lot of questions. My biggest concern is having confidence in their experience. When they installed my carpet about four years ago, it seems they didn't know much more about carpet than me. That's a big concern for me as a consumer.
I'm still in the process now of deciding whether or not to go with them a second time to replace the carpets they did four years ago. I feel like they steered me down the wrong path since my carpet is worn out four years later. I'm not confident because I don't know if the carpet will hold up.
