I absolutely love working with The Floor Club and have for many (15+!) years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am an interior designer in Denver with clients who have all kinds of tastes to satisfy and Bill and his team always deliver. Everyone has the end goal of making the home/business owner happy which makes my job easier. The kind of service and integrity you find at The Floor Club i a rare gem in today's world of online promises and overwhelming options. Thank you Jessica for all of your hard work! As a designer I have been using The Floor Club for years. They have such a great selection of materials that fit any ones budget. The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. Would highly recommend them to anyone. more

Superior service, experience and quality! 5/18/2015

This is my only flooring resource. I have tried many others in the past and The Floor Club always comes through. I have worked with Robert for many years and his knowledge and expertise is so extensive, I don't need to do research any where else. I would highly recommend The Floor Club to anyone. A great resource! 5/15/2015

I'm an interior designer that had been using The Floor Club for several years. They have a large variety of products from several different manufactures all under one roof. Several price points for every budget. They offer excellent customer service and truly care about their customers. They are my go-to people and I consider them part of my team because they are always there to help with prompt, reliable service. I recommend them often and won't use anyone else. They're truly the best! more

Outstanding service and good products. 9/24/2014

I bought about 900 square feet of wood floors for my house from the The Floor Club of Denver. Unfortunately the floors started to crack after only six months. Bill from The Floor Club of Denver took care of me and helped me get a replacement for the entire new floor. They stood by their product and Bill recommended a better installation company. I felt very taken care of. more

They've been so great in their customer service and in the variety of products that they offer. Their timing is impeccable, and they always tend to things immediately if there's a problem. Robert especially -- any time I've needed him to put in the extra effort, he always steps up to the pate and does that for me. They're my go-to guys. more

Great selection for all budgets! 4/8/2014

I am an designer and I take all of my clients to The Floor Club of Denver. I have done a number of projects with them. I love the variety of their show room. It is a one stop shop for hardwood, carpet and tile all in one place. They have a good selection in various price points. I can take both my high end and smaller budget clients there with no problem. Overall, most of my clients love their product. If my clients are no happy, Bill will talk to them for me which I really appreciate. Even if they will not make any money they still handle all of the issues. more

Designer Heaven! 4/7/2014

I'm a designer, and I think The Floor Club of Denver has got a great selection! The person I work with, Jessica, is always helpful with anything I need. Samples, lead times, she's really on everything. I've done quite a few orders with her and she's great with tracking and follow up. I know exactly what's going on, all the time. She's helped me get materials for my projects many times during the last 8 months. more

A great place to work with! 4/7/2014

I've been working with The Floor Club of Denver for about seven or eight months. Basically they help my clients with the selection of the materials. Then when they're done, I'll fire off an email with the specifics for the order. It's a real smooth operation and a good place to work with. You can't go wrong! more

One of the best in town to deal with 4/3/2014

I do interior design, and I always feel comfortable bringing my clients to The Floor Club of Denver. I've been using them for about four years. Their showroom is clean and well lit, and they have numerous options. Their sales people are outstanding and knowledgeable. I feel like they have a team attitude. Very smooth! 1/30/2014

I'm an interior designer, and I've been using The Floor Club of Denver for about four or five years. Recently I went in there with a client. I called ahead and made an appointment with Diane. When I went in with my client, she was very professional. She was able to look up prices while we there. When we were ready to place the order, Diane was very good about getting the order placed. They have a nice showroom. I feel like you get more one-on-one service with them. Being a designer, I need to know lots of products, and I can't keep up on the changes of every single thing. The employees are really knowledgeable, which is great. more

An average experience 1/29/2014

If you're thinking of using The Floor Club of Denver, you should ask a lot of questions. My biggest concern is having confidence in their experience. When they installed my carpet about four years ago, it seems they didn't know much more about carpet than me. That's a big concern for me as a consumer. I'm still in the process now of deciding whether or not to go with them a second time to replace the carpets they did four years ago. I feel like they steered me down the wrong path since my carpet is worn out four years later. I'm not confident because I don't know if the carpet will hold up. more
