Review content:
Moving & Storage Solutions moved us from Vancouver across the border. They did everything on time, as they said they would. The person who was getting us across the border was very efficient, and it went totally smoothly! We unpacked the next day, and everything went according to plan.
One thing we were totally impressed with was the people we worked with were so friendly. They made the move kind of fun! They were young people who were very able-bodied and pleasant. They were well-educated people.
The only complaint is that some of the things could have been wrapped better. There were some scratches, but the furniture wasn't that fantastic to begin with. It's something I took care of easily, but it would have been a whole different story if the wrapping had been better.
It all went very well! They even moved us from another house, and we have storage houses they're going to move for us. Coincidentally, the people we bought our house from recommended them to us, and they also used them to move into their new house. Everybody who used them was totally pleased!
