Moving & Storage Solutions Inc was satisfying the first few times I used them. They stored everything nicely and provided a big storage unit. However the last time I used them was not so good. There were a lot of scratches on my furniture and I was missing a box. more

Very friendly and worked diligently. 10/3/2014

The overall experience from Moving & Storage Solutions was very good. They worked very very hard and had everything moved in the time they told us it would take. At the end, they rushed a little bit too much. They could have planned a little better so they did not have to rush. A couple of cabinet doors got broken in the process but they have been fixed. This was my first time using their moving service and it turned out very good. It was local move and took eight hours. The workers worked diligently and they weren't even going to stop for a lunch break, but we got them hamburgers anyways. I would recommend them. more

Moving & Storage Solutions is wonderful. They sent a very competent crew that did a professional and efficient job. They showed up on time and didn't waste any time getting to work. The prices were great and we were impressed by their level of professionalism. We'd definitely recommend them as a moving company who does a great job. more

We had two moves scheduled, one from Canada and one from the US. We were lucky enough to have some of the same people on both moves because they were excellent. They did the packing, moving, and unloading. Nothing was broken or lost, and the price was more than Fair. I gave each one a $20 tip each day in appreciation. more

A smooth, stress-free experience 9/4/2014

Moving and Storage Solutions recently helped us move from Washington to California, and the whole experience went quite well. From the beginning to the end of the move, we dealt with a great, personable staff that was always willing to go out of their way to help us out in any way that they could. The owner himself, David, came by to make sure everything was going well and his professional demeanor really made the situation much more comfortable. The movers made sure to package everything carefully and they took exceptional care of my belongings. I appreciated how they communicated with me throughout the process, and they were very accommodating with any questions that I had. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I'm happy with the great service from Moving and Storage Solutions. more

Reliable, friendly, and professional 9/4/2014

Moving & Storage Solutions moved my household about 150 miles and in a previous job, moved a piano for me about 200 miles. They are very friendly and easy to deal with. They're great communicators. The movers were helpful and nice guys to have do the job. more

The guys at Moving and Storage Solutions did a really good job packing and moving my things for me. I had a large piano that needed to get to a second location and they managed to move it without damaging anything. I have used some other moving services in the past, but none have done such excellent work. I have no complaints! more

It was a great experience for us 6/13/2014

Moving & Storage Solutions were on time, wrapped everything, put it in the new house, and, at one point, I asked them if I could move something a different way and they assured me that it was not too much. They were so congenial and helpful that I can't say a bad word about them. They did everything they said they would and didn't damage anything. Before they left, they even offered to walk around to make sure everything was where I wanted and everything was good. more

Friendly, well-mannered and inexpensive 5/28/2014

The rates at Moving & Storage Solutions Inc are very fair. There are several companies in town that you can hire, but I am always trying to find the best deal because it is so expensive. The rates are the main reason I chose Moving & Storage Solutions. They were also recommended by a client of mine when I was going to use someone else. They moved me very quickly, and they were nice, well-mannered kids. I've already used them twice, and I plan on using them again soon. They are self-conscious as far as time goes, since you're paying by time. They don't dilly dally around with smoke breaks or talking. They're very conscientious and very polite. They're courteous, and they make sure the product is taped up. But, they don't waste your time, which is really important to me because of the money. more

I had a great experience using Moving & Storage Solutions. David and his team worked really hard and made my move as stress-free as possible for me. They showed up on time and were very accommodating. They helped me pack up my things as quickly as possible and were very personable. They asked what else could be done to meet my needs and it was just a great experience. This was my first time using them and I'd definitely recommend them. more

Love working with them 4/30/2014

Moving & Storage Solutions is normally super nice, efficient, careful, well-priced, and responsible. The problem with the most recent move is that they were moving their offices the same day they were moving us so there was a little bit of carelessness. They left some of their stuff behind and did not put some things together properly. I was shocked because I've used them for years. Normally, I would have given them above 5 stars. Deborah L. more

Very pleased 4/16/2014

Moving & Storage Solutions did a local move for us. We were moving out of a rental into our newly constructed home, 4-5 miles away. They moved prepackaged items and furniture for us. They also had to take apart and reassemble the furniture. The three gentlemen on the job were very friendly. Unfortunately, because of the construction at the new house, they had to walk us farther from the truck to the house than anticipated. This added on a lot of time and made my bill higher. But, they didn't complain and it was pouring rain. I was very pleased in general. more

A dependable moving company! 4/7/2014

I have a flooring company, and I called around different moving companies. Moving & Storage Solutions Inc called me back right away, and they said they were able to help. They were there when they said they would be, and they were on time. They were very helpful moving furniture and putting everything back. They really helped keeping the floor from getting scratched! When I sent out the check, it went to the address. I called and spoke to the ladies in the office. They were very polite and understanding. They gave the new address, and they were just very helpful. more

No fuss, no muss 3/3/2014

Our experience with Moving & Storage Solutions went very well. They really bent over backwards to give us top notch service. They just treated all of our belongings with extreme care and I really appreciated how polite and accommodating they were. We had many fragile items with us and they were able to transport all of them without damage. It was a major move from one coast to another and they really made it a stress-free experience for us. They were prompt, personable, and very efficient. This was our first time using them and I'd definitely recommend them. more

Pleasant but very business-like 2/13/2014

Moving & Storage Solutions moved us from Vancouver across the border. They did everything on time, as they said they would. The person who was getting us across the border was very efficient, and it went totally smoothly! We unpacked the next day, and everything went according to plan. One thing we were totally impressed with was the people we worked with were so friendly. They made the move kind of fun! They were young people who were very able-bodied and pleasant. They were well-educated people. The only complaint is that some of the things could have been wrapped better. There were some scratches, but the furniture wasn't that fantastic to begin with. It's something I took care of easily, but it would have been a whole different story if the wrapping had been better. It all went very well! They even moved us from another house, and we have storage houses they're going to move for us. Coincidentally, the people we bought our house from recommended them to us, and they also used them to move into their new house. Everybody who used them was totally pleased! more

Fine company 2/3/2014

Moving & Storage Solutions is fantastic. I had no issues with them at all. They did a great job helping me move between states. The movers were punctual, careful, and personable. The prices were very reasonable. They were the lowest out of all the companies that we looked at. Frank and Rick were very responsive and answered all of my questions. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and they met every one of my needs. I'd recommend them any day. more
