My visit on the 12th was to follow up on a noise issue that has been recurring on my G37 convertible, as well as, to get the windows tinted. The service to tint the windows was done quickly and efficiently for a satisfactory price. Although I may have been able to find this service elsewhere for a lower cost, I trust the service staff at Infiniti of Fife. I am a very discerning customer and expect great service; which I consistently receive from Nathan Phillips. Ever since I purchased my Infiniti, I have been bothered by a recurring noise that has managed to evade diagnosis. The noise is faint at times, but it is persistent and bothersome. I have brought my car in because of this problem on four occasions. On each and every occasion I have been treated respectfully and professionally. I realize that issues such as mine cannot always be identified and corrected immediately, and I am very appreciative of the service I have received thus far. The attentiveness, concern, and efforts to correct the issue have built my trust and confidence in Infinit and I am confident that the noise issue will be resolved.
