We bought our 2008 FX35 elsewhere but the carfax showed it had always been serviced by IOT so we took it there and Gary gave us a list of what service items that needed to be addressed. When we took it in for service Gary gave my wife a Q50 loaner. She was so impressed with the car that when we went to pick up the car from service we started looking at new cars. We went back the next day with our Acura RL and traded it for a G37x sedan. Jack was very knowledgeable about the car and professional. Scott was also helpful and with his "magic" fingers he had the numbers we could live with.
A great experience was had throughout the dealership!!!!!!!!AAAAAAA++++++++++
