I am not a regular customer of Reghetti Automotive. I called Reghetti’s on Saturday, February 8, due to my vehicle not running properly. Mr. Reghetti answered my call and took the time to diagnose my problem. He even stated to bring my vehicle in on Saturday because he was concerned about the problem. When I advised I could not make it in on Saturday Mr. Reghetti told me to bring the vehicle in on Monday and he and his staff would take care of the problem. I brought my vehicle in on Monday morning without an appointment. My vehicle was repaired and ready for me to pick up by the end of the day. The care, professionalism and personal concern exhibited by Mr. Reghetti and his staff are rare in today’s business community. Bob
