I give Righetti Automotive 5 stars! My whole family, including mom and dad, have only gone to Steve Righetti and his good crew for the last ten years. Recently, my car broke down (timing belt broke) on the freeway and I had it towed to another mechanic. They wanted to do an $800 tear down analysis and estimated the total would be around $1800. No way! I immediately had the car towed to Righetti Automotive. Steve and crew slapped on a new timing belt and I was up and running in no time. The total cost was less than the other mechanics $800 tear down analysis! Be careful where you take your car. If you take it to Righetti, I've always been confident that you get the true story from knowledgeable mechanics at a very good rate. Good luck! Paul more

I have brought my car to Righetti Automotive multiple times over the past few months and have walked away pleased each time. Although my moon roof needed replacement and cost more than I would have liked (due to replacing defective manufactured parts), Steve and crew were thorough and let me know all of my options before proceeding. In follow-up service, Steve went above and beyond what was required of him to set things right with my car. I value Steve's expertise and look forward to having him work on my car in the future. Would highly recommend Righetti Automotive to anyone interested in pursuing their auto issues. more

I just took delivery of the end results of a "heart transplant" operation performed by the "good doctors" at Righetti Automotive. They just replaced the engine in my pickup. The price was fair and the work done to my complete satisfaction. This is the second time these good men resuscitated a tired, old vehicle of mine, and both times the results were/are impeccable. All three of the car doctors spoke to me at various times while I was waiting. They were very clear and concise about what needed to be done with my car, and did their best to put it in terms that I could understand. Very friendly and reliable. more

I am not a regular customer of Reghetti Automotive. I called Reghetti’s on Saturday, February 8, due to my vehicle not running properly. Mr. Reghetti answered my call and took the time to diagnose my problem. He even stated to bring my vehicle in on Saturday because he was concerned about the problem. When I advised I could not make it in on Saturday Mr. Reghetti told me to bring the vehicle in on Monday and he and his staff would take care of the problem. I brought my vehicle in on Monday morning without an appointment. My vehicle was repaired and ready for me to pick up by the end of the day. The care, professionalism and personal concern exhibited by Mr. Reghetti and his staff are rare in today’s business community. Bob more

I've been going to Righetti for at least 10 year; Bill takes great care of my car and tells me which maintenance can wait and which needs to happen now. He did wonders with my car's transmission, valves, brakes, timing belt, oil services....and whatever else has needed work for over 10 years. My car is a '93, and still going strong! My best guy pal - who rarely trusts anyone with his cars and trucks uses Righetti as well, which is a huge compliment to Steve, Bill and the crew. Plus-- those guys are nice! - Quinne more

Want the best automotive service available? Do what I do--come to Steve at Righetti Automotive. He's worked on all my cars for many years, and those of my neighbors, and none of us would even consider going anywhere else. Steve is highly experienced, knowledgeable across the board, honest and friendly, and is a true pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend him highly enough. more

While visiting family in San Rafael I was in need of service on my 2000 Buick Century on a Saturday. After stopping by 2 or 3 shops, Steve's shop was recommended. He took me in immediately. My Buick had been "off road" in eastern Oregon and I wanted to have the underside checked for damage. Fortunately for me, he found where the power steering fluid line had been rubbing against the transmission case and was close to wearing through. Also the A/C drain was plugged and causing wet feet in the passenger department. He also noticed the engine resting at an angle accounting for shifting problems. For all this he charged me a pittance. Steve reminds me of my mechanic at home...both competent and compassionate. more
