I will never use them again. It took 2 hours one day, 2 hours the next and the problem was finally fixed.It cost a FORTUNE! They did not replace parts that they said they would and did not clean or deodorize the shower where sewage had come up. They had stated they would fix these problems, but had to run to do several other jobs. They told me to call back on Monday and set up another appt. There was no way I was going to have them back, pay more money for what I thought they should have done while they were here and for what I paid.. They also broke our sky light and they did take care of that repair at their cost. Next time when I have after hours plumbing needs, I will NOT call Roto- Rooter.
