Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

The Plumbers from Tyler TX were very knowledgeable and answered every question I had about replacing my sewage line. They were done quickly and right on time. They will definitely be my first call if I ever have anymore issues with my plumbing. The plumbers were amazing with the work that they did and i appreciate them all. more

I will never use them again. It took 2 hours one day, 2 hours the next and the problem was finally fixed.It cost a FORTUNE! They did not replace parts that they said they would and did not clean or deodorize the shower where sewage had come up. They had stated they would fix these problems, but had to run to do several other jobs. They told me to call back on Monday and set up another appt. There was no way I was going to have them back, pay more money for what I thought they should have done while they were here and for what I paid.. They also broke our sky light and they did take care of that repair at their cost. Next time when I have after hours plumbing needs, I will NOT call Roto- Rooter. more

We had Donnie out to do some repairs on our duplex style cabins at our resort and he did a wonderful job. Will do business with them again. Donnie is an awesome tech! more

I called for service last night for one of my tenants.I let the dispatch know it was rental propergy and I would be there to pay before the service tech finished.. the words money/pay came out of her mouth multiple times.during our conversation. the service guy called me about 2 hrs and said he was headed over there. advised I would be there before he finished to come and pay. ( i was at work- 15 min to finish).My tenant called me and said he needed me to authorize the work. I spoke with him ..again and said ok u are authorized. He needed me to come and sign something saying I would pay and he could do the work... b4 he started. He did the work and I paid. I have had lots of work done (I have 55) and never had to sign such a paper for my house or my tenants.I tell the service people I will be there to pay and they say ok or they send me a bill. . I heard the words money/pay from service guy several times. . i will never use them again unles an emergency. my first and last time. . If I burn you and dont show to pay , then never work for me again. but this was not the case and never has been with anyone. Never had to sign a paper before saying I would pay. and they are authorized to do the work. I always sign and pay when completed. . My husband and father said they had never had that request before either. . the service man did his job I said a 30 day warranty. perhaps he was doing what he was told so no beef with him.. f hampton more

Called on a Sunday morning. A real person answered and a tech called within ten minutes. Tech showed up when he said he would quoted me the level of pricing and fixed the problem. Tech also cleaned up and did a good job. Would use again. more

Tech arrived early, neat and clean to my home in Tyler, Texas. Went right to work. Gave me a lot of information I needed and will carry out in the future. Check everything that needed to be looked at and introduced me to the drain product Roto-Rooter Pipe Shield. I purchased it and will be using it in the future. Hopefully my washer water will be going out instead of backing up. I will recommend the Company to my friends. Also the Pipe Shield product. more
