Review content:
I think there will be people who have good experiences and bad experiences. That does not make anyone right or wrong it is just their experience. What is not ok is the posts from people saying that this review is a lie. How about an apology that this woman had a bad experience. How about saying you have never had complaints before and you would like to do everything you can to change her experience. This would seem like a more professional way to handle a complaint from a parent.
