I love using Marv's. From the initial visit for the damage review & quote, through the actual repair process, the service, professionalism, communication, and quality of the repairs is first rate. Marv's uses state of the art equipment to make the process as effortless as possible for its customers. This is my third experience with Marv's and I would not take my vehicle anywhere else. Five stars all the way!!!
At first visit, the initial and estimate using state of the art equipment and friendly staff is a positive experience. The customer facing staff performing estimates, providing communication updates, and interfacing with the body shop techs are knowledgable, professional, and have the customers best interests in mind.
The quality of work is first rate and fairly priced. I have used Marv's on 3 seperate occasions over a 4 year period and I have been very satisfied each time.
I highly recommend Marv's to family and friends and would not use any other repair shop.
