Quick and painless 3/23/2014

Their service was extremely quick, painless and remarkably efficient. They knew exactly who to call at the insurance company for a quick approval for repairs and payment. Also the offices were very clean and professional, which often isn't the case when working with auto shops in general. Great job! more

Okay 3/19/2014

I had a crack in my bumper from running into a snow bank. The only thing I was irritated by was that it took a day longer than promised. There was a misunderstanding about the parts and I don't know if that's entirely their fault. They did try to accommodate by offering to pick me up and give me a replacement car in the process. It was just a little inconvenient for me. Also, when they cleaned out my car, they adjusted the steering wheel and when I went into my glove department to get the book to figure out how to fix it, everything fell out. The girl in the office came out to help me so that was nice but the whole experience was just a little irritating. more

Excellent experience 3/17/2014

I strongly recommend Marv's Body Shop. When I took my car in for a quote, I received wonderful customer service from the staff and the prices were quite reasonable as well. They did a fantastic job replacing my brakes. Mark and his crew are respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. They were very responsive and called me back to followup about the repairs. more

Overall very good 3/17/2014

Overall very good with Marv's, just not happy with Enterprise. We had my appt schedule for a month out and when got to Enterprise, they only had 1 car and 1 van to choose from. I chose the car and they still had to bring it into shop to clean it. It was vacuumed but door had something spilled on it all the way down. When I brought the car back, I had a little dog hair in back seat and they were going to charge me $50 to have it detailed without trying to vacuum it first. They did call me back and said it all came out when they cleaned it so I wouldn't be charged more

Marv's Body Shop knows my car inside and out. I feel like I can really trust them to give me reliable car service. They always repair my vehicle properly and I almost always get my car back the same day. The prices are competitive and everyone I've interacted with there is professional, courteous, and honest. I haev no complaints whatsoever and would recommend them highly. more
