I wanted express my thanks to your company for their professionalism and true caring in taking care of my brother's home last week. I dealt directly with Tracey but this is also for your entire team that worked at the home in Kirkland last week.
Tracy was courteous and and times consoling not only to my brother but to myself also. She was easy to work with and had the patience with us knowing what our family had just gone through.She was great!!
I also want to thank your team for the quick response and the quick work that had to be done to remove the evidence of a tragic reminder to my family.My brother's family didn't see the work being done but I witnessed all your employees working hard and quickly to remove any damage and restore the area to as normal as possible.
