Subject: Comment on Clean up Message: I just wanted to leave a comment on how happy I am with the service and job performed by Tracy Dahms. She did a very good job of clean up for Motel 6 last week. The room That she worked on, was left clean.Any time I call the company she is prompt, shows concern for our problem. I want to commend her. You should be proud to have her working for your company. more

Excellent service 2/12/2014

I wanted express my thanks to your company for their professionalism and true caring in taking care of my brother's home last week. I dealt directly with Tracey but this is also for your entire team that worked at the home in Kirkland last week. Tracy was courteous and and times consoling not only to my brother but to myself also. She was easy to work with and had the patience with us knowing what our family had just gone through.She was great!! I also want to thank your team for the quick response and the quick work that had to be done to remove the evidence of a tragic reminder to my family.My brother's family didn't see the work being done but I witnessed all your employees working hard and quickly to remove any damage and restore the area to as normal as possible. more

Wonderful company to do business with 1/7/2014

I own apartment buildings in Seattle and I hired Bio Clean to work with an elderly tenant who is a hoarder. They knew how to talk with her to get her to take care of the situation and without their expertise with hoarders, I would have been in a different position. I've known of them because we're in the same apartment association but this was my first personal experience in working with them. more

Bio Clean provided excellent service and informative suggestions. 12/4/2013

Bio Clean tested two homes for us. With both locations, they were able to give us the information we really needed. Their customer service was excellent from beginning to end. It was great from the initial phone call and asking questions, all the way through to the inspections and receiving good advice one the results were in. more

Service is just awesome 12/2/2013

I've already recommended Bio Clean to everybody. The lady that came over, Lisa, was very informative of the process with things to look for in what she was gonna do with our current home. She told us what would happen and the things we needed to do to get it cleaned and we actually decided to move for family health issues. Each time, I just called her and she made suggestions and let us know the expenses and different tests to do. As we were looking, she let us know which were contaminated until we found one that wasn't. She continued to follow up on things, making sure everything was okay. She was just being really friendly and an awesome person. more

There are not enough words to state my appreciation for the help that Theresa and Lisa gave to me this past summer. A few of the words I will use are reassuring, personable and patient. They were willing to go at my pace and I was never given given the feeling that the mess I had gotten myself into was bad. They are encouraging and very positive. For this I am thankful. more

Very pleased 10/17/2013

Bio Clean cleaned up debris left by street folk at the back part of our building which included drug paraphernalia and camping equipment. It looks really good now. We're very pleased. more

Bio Clean is great! We would like especially to thank Theresa and Lisa for there help in identifying the contaminants of Meth and asbestos in our Lynnwood rental home. The problem was over whelming. We needed help! Your company is amazing! The house was tested and reports were given in a very timely manner. In a short time we understood the problem and possible solutions thanks to your guidance. Honest and competent service. 9/26/2013

I was told by another company that I had mold in my crawlspace. Bio Clean came out with the understanding that I had mold and were going to give me an estimate. It turned out that I didn't have mold and the other company was trying to defraud me. Because of Bio Clean, I did not get defrauded. They saved me a lot of money. more

Well-managed company that I will do business with in the future 9/16/2013

The main service I got from Bio Clean was the installation of an A/C system and also the installation of a big fencing project. It turned out just fine and the A/C worked well beyond expectations and was done in half the time. The fencing project was done before the time limit but there was a problem with it. They came back and fixed it without questions and it far exceeded expectations. more

I needed a quick estimate of rodent, chemical and other hazardous waste clean-up. Theresa responded immediately to give me the answers. She was very helpful in a situation in which she could have just ignored me because I only needed the cost estimate, not the actual work. I will definitely use this company if I have a need for their services and would recommend them highly. more

I work for a guardianship agency. We used Bio Clean to help us clean out the home of one of our clients, who was a hoarder. The service was wonderful. They were friendly, courteous, helpful, hard working, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them; they do great job. It was a pleasure to work with them. more

Top notch service. 7/29/2013

Bio Clean did a fast, quick, and efficient job. I was quoted at eight hours and they got the work done in half the time. It was just top notch. Everybody was friendly and I never felt like any judgment was passed on me. It was overall just a pleasant experience. I had a hoarding issue, so they were cleaning out all of the clutter and debris. It was reasonably priced considering the task at hand. more

Compassionate and helpful 7/2/2013

I contact a bunch of companies and Bio Clean were the only company that I contacted to respond to me. They were incredibly helpful. The owner came out and did a free evaluation where other companies were $100 for that. She inspected the house. Because we didn't own the house, we couldn't hire her because the landlord didn't agree with it. She offered us a lot of help. She was amazing. I would highly recommend them. Bio Clean are a very quiet and compassionate company. They really care about customers its not about money. That's extremely important. more

I thought they were super helpful. They were very friendly, informative, and fair in their pricing. They have longevity as a company so they know what they're doing. They oversold themselves slightly, but all in all they were excellent. more

Fantastic to work with 1/3/2013

I'm a professional who worked alongside Bio Clean. We work collaboratively with them. They are fantastic to work with, and made my job a lot easier. I'm a therapist that works in Tacoma. I worked with them at the home of one of my clients, in hoarding situations. We do clean outs. One of Bio Clean's staff members even attended a training session in hoarding. They made the experience for my clients a lot easier. It can be traumatic. They are good to work with, and good team workers. They also weren't the only crew on site, there were several other groups there, and they were good communicators. They made the homeowners feel safe and respected. They have been absolutely wonderful. Before they came, they called ahead of time to find out if they could have 3 people working instead of two, and to see if they could shorten the days they would work from 4 to 3. They came in with their big truck and got started right away, they started in the bathroom and moved out from there. They would always ask if they had any questions. They were very personable and understanding of my situation. more

They were wonderful. Bio Clean just came in and were extremely professional and efficient. They did exactly the work they said, and they worked really hard. They don't have any slackers. My husband died 26 years ago, and they came in and got rid of virtually everything, because I had a roomful of his stuff I hadn't gone through. They unloaded the room and were just so efficient and wonderful. Then they basically steam-cleaned the whole house so I could have it remodeled. more
