I injured my back moving heavy boxes. Nothing helped. Dr. DeFranco looked at my back and told me I had the spine of a 80 year old. Well I am almost 85. Said all my disc were worn out and full of arthritis. Said our goal was to restore some normal movement and if I wasn't better in a month he would send me to a good back surgeon. Direct and to the point kind of a doctor. I asked him if it would hurt, and he said if he hurt me, I could hurt him back. Well, after a month I was significantly out of pain and back to cleaning out the basement. One of the most down to earth doctors I have ever been to in my life. I highly recommend him to anyone with back problems. \r
