I think I was more terrified than my son was before I started. He was 2 when we came in. He had never been in the water before and seeing as how we live in southern CA, I thought it was important for him to be as water safe as possible. When I first went in I thought it was a little pricey and I was upset they wanted me to commit to 12 lessons but wow this was the best investment I have made in my son's future. In just 6 lessons he could already float on his back and was able to walk himself along the ledge to the steps. I have now been in lessons for the last year and my son is floating, treading water, and can pull himself out of the water if he falls in. This swim school is wonderful and if you are anxious with your little ones around the water, then this place can really help. Well worth the time and investment.
