I want to tell you how pleased I was to find your company during the sub zero days in January. My water heater was spraying hot water when I came home from work. I was able to turn off the water and gas until the next day. I called several companies - all of them were willing to give me an appointment - in two to three days. My coworker said she had seen your ad on the St. Francis classified ads. I called, I spoke with a very kind women who understood what a dilemma no hot water for an extended period of time was. She was able to get someone to my home only a few hours later. The gentleman who came to my home, his name is Kevin, even after working a long day during a long week, was professional, understanding, and most important technically skilled. He was able to replace the bad part. He defrosted the frozen thermostat and my water heater started working again. I feel certain that other companies would have replaced my water heater completely, but Kevin told me that it was just in need of repair. This saved me a lot of money. Thank you.
