Review content:
On Friday 2-21-14 I called Blind & Sons with an emergency plumbing problem. The drain in my basement was backing up and there was sewage coming up through it. They responded to my home within 2 hrs of my call and the young man they sent was absolutely wonderful. He ran the snake thru my basement drain only to find out the it was the Cities line backing up into my basement. I called the city and when they arrived the young man handled everything for me. He went and spoke to the city workers and explained the problem. He did everything in his power to keep me calm and get my problem handled. My pets even liked him which says a lot about a person. I would highly reccomend Bling & Sons. It was a wonderful experience in a very bad situation. Very pleasent people who listen and care that their service is top notch. I only wish I would have paid attention and remembered his name. Very impressed with the service I received.
