Review content:
Called to have service done on our washing machine. They don't seem to make appointments, just call you before they are going to come. Ended up having to wait until Saturday. \r
The technician did remove a hair pin from the water pump but that did not fix the issue we had called about. He did not want to stay and make sure the machine progressed through the cycles and he did not know of a way to test it. We were charged $120 for a half hour of work and the issue was not even resolved. I would call and have him come finish the job but he seemed really confused by the auto-sensing and electronics of the washer, which I believe is what's wrong with it. The guy was nice enough but I can't recommend the service.
