About six months ago we had sewage back up in our basement. We called gillece for the $99 special. Chad was in our driveway later that day. Chad was understanding of our problem and quickly unclogged our drain. He offered for a video of the drain but we declined. Chad accepted and presented us with our bill which was right on the $99 special. Flash forward to present day and we were again in a predicament with sewage back up again. We called Gillece again even though we have heard several negative things about them since doing business with them. We had no issues with them and was very happy with their services. Chad was assigned to us again which was great. He remembered us from before and Was again understanding of our issue. He quickly got the drain unclogged and then did the video camera. He showed us were the old piping had came apart in three different spots and informed us that this was causing the issues. I understood why it was causing an issues. Chad when out as I spoke with my wife about our next steps. Chad came back in with several options and was very patient with us as we worked through the options. Once we chose he quickly had Tom and Matt arrive and they began work. The next day tom, Tim, and chad were here to complete the job. Tom, Tim, and Matt were great as well. Very nice and very understanding. I tend to check in from time to time on the project and they were always so nice with explaining where they were with the project. They all were even so nice when my 8 yr old forgot not to flush and they almost received a unwelcome present. My 8yr felt terrible and apologized to the crew. They understood and were super nice to her. Overall we have heard negative remarks about gillece but every time we have been in a jam they have gone ABOVE the call of duty EVERY TIME! Kudos to Chad, Tom, Tim, and Matt. They were GREAT and so is Gillece!
