Mr. John Day really went the extra mile to help us make the right decision about our purchase. We were at the dealership shortly before closing and Mr. Day stayed after closing to enable us to take a test drive. Mr. Day stayed late the evening we picked up our new vehicle and walked us through how to operate the vehicle and took extra time with us to make sure we understood how to operate all the car's features. After the sale Mr. Day saw to it that we got new mats and a quick guide as they weren't in the used car. John provided exemplary sales and customer service to us on every level of service. He even personally delivered our licence plates to our home on his way home from work! We Highly recommend Mr. John Day and Prestige Lexus. We absolutely love our Lexus IS250 - win win!
