Review content:
I have been a client for over 6 years but no more! The level of care has gone down while the prices are through the roof! They charge outrageous amounts of money for their services that I have now found are very much out of line with other clinics in the area. That would be tolerable if I thought that my dogs were receiving the best of care. My experience has been that they are more interested in 'churning' billable procedures than they are in giving the best care, and I agree that their staff is disinterested, rude, and evasive when you try to get someone to give you a straight answer on a charge on a bill. I took my dog for an annual check up where additional tests were recommended to diagnose a new heart murmur. After looking more closely at my huge bill later when I got home, I found a $40 charge TO CHECK A BLOOD PRESSURE! When I called back to the clinic for an explanation, all I got was 'so-and-so will call you back'. After playing phone tag for over a week to speak with someone with the authority to tell me why they were charging me that, I finally gave up. ( which I think was their plan in the first place!) DONT TAKE YOUR PETS NEAR THIS PLACE!
