I've been a patient of Dr. Susan Orth's for many years. She is caring and competent and I highly recommend her. Only problem is she's very busy and appointments take a while to get. She rates 5 stars.\r

I always seem to have problems with the billing and other staff though. They don't know how to work with my insurance, phone calls don't get acknowledged or returned in a timely manner. I've been told to call back as the person answering the phone didn't know how to forward my call. I have to literally do battle with them to get refunds when they've overcharged me, yet they bill me the instant I owe them a dollar. Front staff and billing: 1 star.
PROS: Dr. Orth - great.
CONS: Dr. Orth busy, billing and front office staff not so great.
