I have been to Dr. Mike and the O'Neal Lane Pet Hospital for about 9 years now, ever since I got my first cat. He and his wonderful staff have helped me care for 4 different cats now, two of which have died over the years. When I had to care for tiny newborn kittens, he and his staff helped me know exactly how to care for them. They showed deep care and concern every time one of my cats was sick, helping me find every option available. They calmed my fears when I was worried about a sick cat and helped dry my tears when I had to say goodbye to my sweet baby kitten, Nova, and my devoted old friend, Suki. They have walked me patiently through each step of caring for my pets and I always love to stop in at the office. They have been generous with my payment schedules and always willing to work with me. They have never pressured me for anything. They have always been willing to go to great lengths to help me and my cats. Since I was so pleased with their care, I even encouraged my family members to take their pets to his clinic. Now Dr. Mike knows my whole family and we all know him. He always asks about my family members when I visit, even my brother who used to take his pets to Dr. Mike before my brother moved out of state. Dr. Mike and his staff truly care about me, my family, and my pets. I feel very close to all of them and will be forever thankful for all that they have done for me and my cats. :)
