I was somewhat concerned going to Tile Showcase due to the other reviews posted here, however when I looked up this business on Angie's List they received an ""A"" grade so I gave them a chance due to their convenient location relative to where I live. Upon my first visit, I soon realized that they suggest people make appointments in order to ensure good customer service. So on this 1st visit I browsed the showroom without any interruptions or sales pitches, which I actually preferred. Once I was ready to get more information, I made an appointment and returned a couple of days later. I was promptly greeted by a customer service representative who was patient, resourceful and more than willing to guide me through the numerous choices. When I finally selected my top choices, the representative gladly provided multiple quotes and delivery time frames that helped me make the final choice. Everything arrived as promised and I could not be more pleased with the selection and service I received. I am a happy customer and will definitely go back to Tile Showcase for any future tile needs, but I do highly recommend that any other yelper's call ahead and make an appointment once you are ready to discuss your tile needs.
