There was kindness for my mother, who is 90 years old, at Ascent Audiology & Hearing Holland. Dr. Elizabeth Gray-Karagrigoriou is very professional. She is knowledgeable about both her business and how to approach someone who might have some resistance or difficultly with learning something new. She has a lot of patience.
We have been there several times about my mother's hearing aid. They are very good about breaking the learning curve down for the person learning the new device. They are good about making sure the device will be an effective tool and making sure it will get used well. Their ongoing support for both the person receiving the hearing aid and their family is outstanding!
Both Bill, the office manager, and Dr. Elizabeth are excellent to work with. And for someone who is looking for top of the line service and professionalism for getting a new hearing aid, I would recommend their service! I couldn't have had a better experience!
