The hearing aid I got from Ascent Audiology & Hearing is better than my last hearing aid! When I watched TV, it was like they were talking in another language. But now, I hear a lot better!
Before Barbara went to Ascent Audiology & Hearing, I did research online and found out there were very few audiologists in the area that did real ear testing. That was a keyword for me. When we made the appointment for Barbara, I had them confirm they did indeed do that. So we feel that Barbara was fitted very well and that the adjustments made with the hearing aid match her hearing loss.
The staff was very friendly and dedicated. They answered all our questions, and they spent a good amount of time to ensure she was fitted properly for her hearing loss. They are excellent audiologists!
