Review content:
My wife called me up in tears because of the treatment here. She called searching for blood results (a month overdue) and was told to call herself (that is not my wife's responsibility unless the patient engagement rules were established), guess the front desk dropped the ball and tried covering it up. The front desk girl handed the phone to a nurse who promptly yelled at my wife and then hung up......man I guess volume based pay models allow you to treat your patients like poo.... Something needs to be done. Read the reviews on this place everywhere, Yelp, Google, etc. Same message. Seems to be great doctors, but TERRIBLE STAFF. My wife saw Sue, who she said was excellent. But the front desk should have zero excuse for this behavior......
