Where have these people gone? I have tried on 3 occasions over the last 10 days to pick up my rugs when they told me they would be ready. Doors are closed. Nobody home. No sign on the door. Answering machine gives no information and does not take a message. Have they taken a magic carpet ride away with our rugs? This is not very professional. \r
My previous experiences with Kleenize over the last 20 yrs have been flawless. Nice people. Prompt service. Reasonable prices. But all if this flies out window if they disappear like this...
