Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My ex-boyfriend left my rugs there for almost 2 years. When I learned that they were there I attempted to retrieve them and learned that the most expensive of my rugs cleaned, a 100 year old antique serapi was sold. The manager refused to tell me how much he sold my rug for, nor would he take off the storage or cleaning fee for this rug off a combined ticket with another rug. I felt trapped as I was forced to pay for a rug I no longer owned in order to retrieve the remaining rug. I find it incredulous that the owner made a profit off of my rug and then proceeded to force me to pay for its cleaning and storage. What bothered me the most about this situation was the level of deceit and disrespect from the manager/owner. It's not the fact that they sold the rug, or having to pay for it's storage and cleaning, but rather the curt and insensitive demeanor of the management.
