Review content:
Do NOT take your child to this daycare. It seemed to be great at the beginning. But now that he's been there for numerous months, the true colors are beginning to show. There are multiple 'teachers' who rotate shifts and do not relay ANY important information to eachother concerning the kids, to the point that when I pick my child up and ask how the day was, nobody know's anything except 'I wasn't here'. Unacceptable. On numerous occasions the staff are on cell phones not even paying attention to the children. The director, Ms. Jeanna, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She even raised her voice and began to yell at me on one occasion. I had to repeatedly tell her to not yell at me, especially in front of my child. There's always an excuse for a teacher's behavior, whether it's 'Well she's going through some personal issues' or 'Her mother is very sick' etc. As in my profession, and any place of employment I have worked, this is NOT acceptable. Yes, we all go through personal issues, but they are NOT to be brough to work. Especially when my child is lacked attention because of it. Henrico County Social Services has been notified and I'm in the process of reaching out to a higher power above her.
