My wife and I were shopping for new windows and attended the Austin Home and Garden show and lined up 8 window companies to give us estimates. Window World wasn't the cheapest but they also were far below the highest estimate for what looked to be the same window. The service and installation were excellent. We replaced two side by side windows with a fixed pane picture window and the installer noticed the frame had a small crack. He ordered a replacement window while he was at our house. It took 10 days to receive but he returned and replaced the window without any problems. We recommended Window World to our neighbors and they had their windows replaced. Also, my sister replaced all her windows with a local Window World in Houston and she has been pleased with the results. A co-worker also used Window World for her windows and has been happy with the results. I would recommend them to anyone.
