Review content:
My experience was very unpleasant, probably due to my mistake to take my car to this dealer on a snowstorm day.
The car was scheduled for a recall. The dealer could not provide transportation because of a 10 miles distance.
They closed the service at 2 pm because of snowstorm, and called me at noon to pick up the car. I asked them to leave the car in the parking lot, as I had a spare key, and they agreed.
Shortly, they did not. The sales department was still open but could not open the garage door, and they asked me to leave the building because they will close. They declined my request for a loaner and told me to walk on highway 4 in the middle of the snowstorm at single digit temperatures to get to a bus station. It took me 3 hours to arrive home, while my child was waiting for me to come home.
Best luck with them.
