Hail damaged the original installation of our pool heater, so we used Performance Solar to reinstall. That part was fine, but follow up service is very poor. Spoke to them in November to schedule inspection of joint leaks. Lady (in Escondido) said they were about a month out for service. Told her OK, but I wanted it on a Wednesday or a Friday. She called back in a month to schedule and offered Tuesday. Didn't work. Reiterated that I wanted Wednesday or Friday. couldn't do it, but could do Monday. Turns out serviceman was in AZ from Escondido. I asked about their guy in Scottsdale in the Airpark. She said we do, but he's somewhere else. Now why would the Scottsdale repairman be out of town to the point that they bring a California repairman to Arizona? Obviously lying.
