I've actually called Drain Doctor twice. The first time I called them, Joe came, and he was fantastic! He was nice, and he did the job quickly. He was clean, and I would have him back in a second. The guy was unbelievable, and I can't say enough about the experience.
The second time I called, they said they were really busy because a lot of people had frozen pipes. I told them I totally understood, that they should get to me when they could. They came to the house, but they didn't have the parts they needed.
They said they would come back the next day, and they asked when would be good. We set up a time for three-thirty, but they didn't show up. I called them at six. They said there were four more jobs ahead of me, but they said they would definitely get to me that day. I told them they could come up until 9pm. But nobody showed up, and nobody called.
The big thing for me is that I understand if you can't get to me, but just call me and let me know. They didn't do that, and that's what made me upset.
