Review content:
One of the most important things to consider when buying a home is how well you can trust your agent, and your search ends with Dave and Kristie Bray.\r
Kristie worked with us one-on-one to find the perfect home in or near Monroe. She took us to several places, some charming, some heartbreakingly just out of reach, but she wouldn't quit until we found the place that suited us. One morning, we were scheduled to take a tour of a few condos, and just before we were to meet, Kristie called us and told us about a home that had just hit the market that morning, and she felt we should check it out first. Well, guess what? We moved in one month later, and four months in, it's so much better for us than any of the other homes we'd drooled over previously.\r
Dave handled the official business: putting our offer on paper, working with the sellers' agent, communicating about the inspection and appraisal and so much more. He made everything very easy to understand, which was really nice considering my wife and I were new to the whole home-buying process.\r
Dave and Kristie also advocated for us when an issue arose at closing... the escrow company made a bad call and the Brays handled the problem since we didn't know how to. Talk about above and beyond.\r
Give them a call! You're risking a headache if you go with anyone else!\r
