Kristie worked with us one-on-one to find the perfect home in or near Monroe. She took us to several places, some charming, some heartbreakingly just out of reach, but she wouldn't quit until we found the place that suited us. He made everything very easy to understand, which was really nice considering my wife and I were new to the whole home-buying process.\r
Dave and Kristie also advocated for us when an issue arose at closing... the escrow company made a bad call and the Brays handled the problem since we didn't know how to. Talk about above and beyond.\r
