Ok, the stars are off again. They threatened us with court citing that the invoice signed by our house guest binds us to pay for their service. That's when we got our lawyers involved. One letter and they caved.
Our boiler problem is still not solved. The heat settings still show 172F where there should be a max of 142F.
CMR failed to repair what they were hired for, made us pay for unnecessary work and then used our absence from our home to fix whatever would bring them the most bucks. They used unethical dishonest practice, threatened with court and failed to repair a seemingly simple problem.
