They turned a minor problem into a catastrophe. There was one valve to switch out in our hot water boiler. It took 4 technicians to do the job. The first was a no show, the second didn't do much for 2 hours but charged for it, the third came to search for the serial number of the unit, the fourth finally exchanged the valve.
However, he also worked on the inducer motor which we specifically told them not to do. However, they just did it and broke another part on the way. To fix that, technician Nr. 1 had to come to help.
The estimated cost for the initial problem was ~$350, the final bill was $1100. It took them 5 weeks.
During the process, they ordered the wrong part - twice. In the end, we had to tell them where to get the correct part.
CMR is incompetent, their boss makes a lot of empty promises.
A terrible experience.
