I just had a routine maintenance appointment with Michael Voci of Lim.Ric heating and air. I made the appointment with Tara. Tara works in the office, I don't think that poor girl ever goes home she is ALWAYS there to help. My husband and I have chosen NOT to have a service plan at this time and in no way were we pestered or bullied to do so. Tara was very respectful of our choice and was still more than happy to make my appointment for our service with Michael. I am as always extremely impressed with Lim.Ric's professionalism starting with Tara making our appointment, then calling me the day of ~ when Michael was a half an hour away from our house to let us know that he was almost there, to of course Michael. Michael is simply beyond description. My husband and I are retired, but have owned/run many businesses. When I say that this man is an exemplary employee I simply am NOT doing him justice. His knowledge base about the equipment, his willingness to share his time in explaining things is so bloody refreshing in this day and age. It is truly a lost art. Look no further Folks between Michael, Tara, and Lim.Ric as a whole , you can not go wrong. You are in VERY good, safe, and knowledgeable hands with Lim.Ric !!
