I've called Gillece before and each time a tech is sent they are very courteous. On this particular call Ron H.was dispatched. Ron is very professional and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his inspection and diagnostic approach. Not only did he explain everything in in a language that I could easily understand he even put it in writing. He was extremely helpful in drawing my attention to things that I was unaware of. While I was not happy to have the heating problems I was very happy that Ron came and diagnosed those problems and explained what needed to be done to resolve the overall issue.
For my hvac and plumbing needs I only call Gillece. If you are having problems with your furnace or just want to have it inspected I would strongly suggest that you call them also.
