I woke up Monday morning 2/10,to realize I had very little heat in the house. I had a ad for ARS Rescue. I went to work and called the office at about 8 am. After talking with the really nice guy who answered the phone and telling him what was going on he set me up that day. He said some one would come out between ten and two that afternoon. They would call an hour before they got there. They ended up calling me about 30 min later. Jimmy D was there at 9:30. He looked at my furnace and by 10:15, I had heat. The end total due was just as he'd had showed me in his book. He explained everything and it was a great home repair experience. Thank you. Jimmy D, and ARS/Rooter.
