I have been shopping at Heinrich's since they were on Gratiot, south of 6 mile (about 35 years ago). They have always been professional, helpful and courteous. I know a lot of people that shop there and maybe, just maybe, Jane B was having an "off day" when she shopped there. They have always had the most variety of any cake and candy store I have shopped at, and will help you find it if they don't have it. I only wish that they were closer to my home in St. Clair Shores.
