I think "Jane B" has her facts slightly skewed. I know for a fact there is no "designated person" for ANY area in the store other than the register, and that changes from day to day. Although some of the girls there do bring in specific items, (that they MAKE on their own time) such as painted wafer sheets, or some of the wedding cake topper items, anybody there has always been able to help me. \r

I have never in my life seen anybody not be helped while they were there, unless they were being rude and talking on their cell phone.\r
All the girls who work there are very nice, and if Heinrich's doesn't have it, (which is very rare, unless it's discontinued, or a very obscure item) they are more than willing to help you find a store that does.\r
The prices there are very reasonable, even compared to some bulk food stores, and they have a multitude of different items.\r
