I've just come from Heinrich's Decorating Nook. The only thing I can complain about is the fact Chris (my boyfriend) dragged me out with the excuse "I have to go to work today!"\r

The selection was far better than I had hoped, seeing I had just been to two GFS stores looking for the sleeved filling. Even though I've been told they have it, the guy told me I'd have to order it. So I hit Google on my phone and found my way to Heinrich's.\r

They had everything I needed! The floor help was excellent and cheerful and one of the girls who'd just clocked out even helped me with a question I had about the fillings. I don't know where the rotten customer service came from, maybe those people weren't working there when I paid them a visit.
