For many years I have decorated cakes! I started shopping at Heinreichs when they was on Gratiot in Detroit. I agree that they have a great selection of merchandise. But I was in there with my grandson who is 8 years old. I simply asked about a certain cake pan and the lady that was waiting on me asked the older lady a simple question, the older lady was so rude. My 8 year old grandson was scared of the lady. He commented on how mean she was. After that I walked out of the store. I have gone back in but refuse to take my grandson in there. I only go there if I can't find what I need at Miles. They need to cage that lady in the back room and not let her out during business hours. She is going to run the customers away. I have heard her snap at the employees. Not fair to them or the customers.
