I am only giving Heinrich's 2 stars because, like the others previously noted, their inventory is outstanding. A bit more expensive, but still - you can get pretty much whatever you are looking for at Heinrich's.\r \r However, I refuse to give the store any higher than 2 starts because of the service I have witnessed in the store. The staff is great - very helpful and friendly. However, there is an older woman there, who I presume is the owner (she has to be if she can get away with the way she treats people), who is quite simply the meanest person I have ever encountered. \r \r On numerous occasions, I have seen her yell at the employees about ?not stocking? appropriately, ?don?t waste the staples?, and just yesterday, saw her refuse to help a customer stating ?I don?t get paid $2/hour anymore?. While I have (thankfully) not been on the receiving side of this unprofessional conduct, I have seen it and heard it while I was several aisles away. \r \r It makes for quite a
