Late afternoon, the day after Christmas, our electric furnace started mal functioning. We called South West Plumbing, and they had Bobby W here early the next morning. WE were very impressed with their professional work and friendliness. Bobby gave us several options and due to the age of our unit, we opted for the furnace replacement. He was very efficient and willing to explain all they were doing, at the same time being very friendly We are happy with our new furnace, and would Welcome Bobby W to our home at any time in the future to do repairs
